Selection Procedure for Pak Navy Sailor Jobs 2024

Intelligence Test

The first test to join Pakistan Navy as a Sailor and FMT is an Intelligence test will be conducted on computer e-testing as MCQs based. Intelligence tests consist of Verbal and Non-Verbal questions.

Academic Test/Test Syllabus

Applicants who cleared the intelligence test are proceeded to academic tests in the following subjects.

English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and General Knowledge

Interview and Medical Tests

Those candidates who cleared Academic tests are to undergo Interviews and Initial Medical tests will be conducted in recruitment centers.

Personality Test

Candidates who are fit from medical tests and interviews are to pass a personality test for final selection.

Final Selection

A merit list is prepared for applicants who passed all above mention tests and selected candidates are to undergo a final medical test in the training center Karachi.
