- Candidates must fill the downloaded application form attach with a copy of CNIC and two fresh passport size photographs and send to the address NTS Headquarter, 1-E, Street No. 46, I-8/2, Islamabad.
- Applicants must attach original paid deposit slip of RS 390/- with application in favor of NTS.
- An incomplete application or received after due date will not be accepted.
- Test fee can be deposit in any online branch of HBL, MCB, ABL, Meezan Bank across Pakistan.
